Two UW SAFS Boats Found in Sauðárkrókur, Iceland

Kristján Óli Jónsson found and reported two boats on July 26, 2024 from the beach in Sauðárkrókur, Iceland. These two boats were decorated in 2023 by participants during a University of Washington's School of Aquatic and Fishery Science Open House in Seattle.


The two boats, #222028 and #222014 were deployed at the North Pole by Le Commandant Charcot on August 31, 2023 at the North Pole.
