Seattle Boat Found and Reported Twice from Strandir, Iceland

Wooden boat #230093 was found, reported, left on the beach, and found and reported again during early August 2024. This boat was first found by José Jiménez on Thursday that week and then by Eysteinn Einarsson's family a few days later on Sunday. It was found on the beach northeast of Fjardharhorn and west of Broddanes in Strandir, Iceland.


The boat originated in Eckstein Middle School in Seattle, Washington USA and was deployed by Le Commandant Charcot on August 17, 2023 at the North Pole.
