Iceland Students' Boat Floats Back to Iceland

Melrakkaslétta, Iceland

A boat decorated at Sandgerdisskóli, a school that is just north of the international airport used when flying to Reykjavik, Iceland was found on the north coast of Iceland in Melrakkaslétta. The boat had been decorated at the school in 2022. Thanks to Birgir Daníelsson for reporting it.


It was not deployed until a year later on August 17, 2023 at the North Pole via Le Commandant Charcot.
